Premier membership, great value
I got the Premier unlimited membership last month and it's been awesome. The variety of HIIT group classes keeps things interesting. I also bought the OTbeat Link for my Apple Watch; it was easy to set up and syncs perfectly. Getting in unlimited classes means I actually go more often. Customer service at my local studio was helpful with all my questions when I first joined. Definitely feel like I'm getting good value.
Good workout, minor app issues
I signed up for the Elite 8 classes per month membership back in May. The workouts themselves are great; the coaches are motivating, and the heart rate monitoring really helps push you. I also bought the OTbeat Burn, which connected easily. My only real gripe is the fitness tracking app sometimes glitches, especially when trying to book classes quickly. Had a class disappear from my schedule once, and support was slow, took about 3 days to get a response. Overall, still a good experience for the price though.
Classes are tough but good
I tried the single class drop-in. Workout was hard but effective. Coach was helpful. The studio was clean. I'm considering a membership.
